Senior Project Manager

The role involves managing the overall project development process following established methodologies to ensure that client requirements are delivered on brief, on budget, to scope and timing.

More specifically, key accountabilities within the role will include:

• Creating project plans and work schedules to ensure the timely implementation of project deliverables on a day to day and longer term basis.
• Determine critical paths and ways to shorten them to fit with project timeframes.
• Identify potential risks and problem areas of projects in a timely fashion, resolving them effectively and with the minimum of impact to the project and business.
• Identifying add-on work opportunities.
• Identifying and managing production partners e.g. copywriters, printers.

Ideal experience

• 4-6 years of Project Management experience from the online, design consultancy services sector.
• Working knowledge of print production techniques and print supplier management.
• Project experience of HTML, ASP, XML, content management systems and design technologies.
• Demonstrable experience in understanding client requirements and develop long term relationships with them.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project.
